Smooth avocado smoothie

1 Large avocado

2 Frozen bananas

Natural yogurt


Sea buckthorn powder



Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick add more juice, if it is too thin add yogurt or another banana. Sprinkle the berry powder on top or blend it in, your choice.

Coconut milk, vanilla yogurt, mint leaves, fresh ginger, orange juice, pear, green grapes, lime juice or fresh basil
