Banana blueberry smoothie

A cup of fresh blueberries/mixed berries

1 banana

Pomegranate juice

Natural yogurt

Ground cinnamon

Berry powder of your choice



Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Be cafeful with adding cinnamon - less is more in this case.
